Gochujang Grilled Pork Ribs

Gochujang Grilled Pork Ribs with Roasted Potato

This recipe does not requires marinading time. But you'll need to slow boil the pork ribs for a while before grilling.


INGREDIENTS for PORK RIBS
- 8 pcs of Pork Ribs (short)
- 4-5 cloves of Garlic
- 3 Shallots
- Salt
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil (add another tablespoon if your pork ribs are too lean)
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

METHOD
- Fill pot with water and boil.
- Throw in garlic, shallot and olive oil when it's boiled.
- Rinse pork ribs with boiling water before throwing into pot.
- On high heat boiling for 5mins.
- On medium heat for 15mins.
- On low heat for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Remove some garlic & shallot from pot onto oven pan.
- Brush gochujang on pork ribs.
- Place ribs on top of garlic & shallot in oven pan.
- AIRFRYER > 190C > 15mins.
- Turn ribs in oven at 10th minute and continue cooking.

INGREDIENTS for French Beans
- a handful of French Bean
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Sea Salt

METHOD
- Boil water in pot.
- Boil French Beans for a few minutes, don't overcook.
- Drain, into mixing bowl.
- Mix cooked beans with butter and salt to taste.

Note: The water used for boiling the pork ribs can be kept as your stock for other cooking. Just shift it well, refrigerate if you're using soon or freeze it for much later usage.
