Honey Pork Belly with Ginger & Egg Rice

INGREDIENTS

GINGER + EGG RICE

  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. mirin
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 cups rice (grain)

  • Beat egg with salt and mirin mix.
  • Heat pan in low, pour in egg mixture, fold into roll. Don't overcook it.
  • Cut cooked egg into strips.
  • Wash rice (grain), drain and pour clean water to the right amount in rice cooker. Add egg strips and grated ginger. Mix well. Turn on for rice cooking.
One bowl dinner ˆ ڡ ˆ)yum!

Add mayonnaise for pork belly when served.
