Markus helped us made the reservation at 19:00H tonight after we are done at Snorre Food.

Entrance/Exit

We've decided to let the chefs decide on the dishes for us tonight. There is a lot of interesting cocktails here as well.

Our first dish arrived pretty quick! It tasted rather Scandinavian ✌️ Like the spekesild and potato dish in Norway.

Smoked

After a few dishes here, I've confirmed it definitely has the right fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian influence done it right.

Serving slabs

Majority of the food here are served slab-style. From the classic piece used for cheese, to natural slabs made of wood.

Uni

Intermezzo for my 2nd dish? This uni dish is so refreshing with a very subtle sweetness from the uni itself and delightful crunch from the water shield used. Great as a follow-up to that powerful first dish we just had.
